Hi All,

Unfortunately we are going to have to cancel the LAN that was planned for this weekend (05.06.09 – 07.06.09) due to a complication with the venue. We have discussed possible options with trying to host another LAN during the summer and we will try and see if we in early August, but this is not definite and will be based on feedback.

There will defiantly be a LAN in Oct/Nov and should be in a new location, news on date and location will follow will follow in the new academic year.

We may try and run a small event during the summer if anyone is interest then please contact us via email or the forums.

The University of Portsmouth Gaming Society is proud to present UPGS LAN 2, The first summer LAN and follow up to the very successful LAN 1 held back in February. This second event will take place on 5th - 7th June 2009. UPGS is now in its second year and now has over 100 members. The LAN will cater for PC and console gamers as did the first with some popular tournament games for both platforms. There WILL be prizes for tournaments!
